Pupil progress
We are seeing some incredible pupil progress in the SFL department. In just 12 weeks Frey and Will have increased their reading ages by 47 and 48 months respectively! Sam has increased his spelling age by 22 months and Emma has increased her reading age by 15 months!
Celebrating achievement and progress, however big or small, is a really important part of the SFL department’s work. We are super proud of all our student’s hard work this term, there have been gains in reading and spelling ages, numeracy scores, study skills and social skills across the year groups and it has been wonderful to see pupils gaining confidence and enjoying their learning.
