Recent sporting achievements

We are proud that our pupils are very active outside of school and have a wide array of sporting hobbies. 

Here are just a couple of their recent successes:

Well done to Freddie in Year 7 who won the Land Rover Cup, a tournament held at Worcester Warriors, with Chipping Norton on Saturday. The team beat Worcester, Oswestry, Luctonians and Ledbury in the final, to win tickets to the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final at Twickenham Stadium on 18 June 2022.

Last month, Bella, Year 8 competed in the National Closed Circuit Time Trial Championship in Thruxton. In her age category, she came 3rd over a 11.7-mile circuit and took more than 4 minutes off her previous personal best. A great achievement and may be someone to watch out for in future Tour of Britain!

In October, William, Year 8 successfully got into the regional sailing training group for the Midland. Brilliant effort!
