Inspiring talk from Dave Earle MBE

Dave Earle MBE recently gave an inspiring talk to Sibford Sixth Form, which was broadcast to the rest of the school.

Freya, Year 13 who helped to organise the talk said 'It was great for students to have a face-to-face talk after so many months of online learning. Dave's talk was extremely uplifting to hear, with him talking about the journey of his life, mental health and race.'

Dave Earle MBE, is head coach and owner of Spit'n'Sawdust, Banbury. Dave's work was recognised by his community, which led to him being voted the Leader/Volunteer of the year at the Cherwell Sports Awards in 2012, and also bestowed him the honour of carrying the Olympic Torch for the London 2012 Olympic Games.  In 2021, Dave was honoured with an MBE.
